• PERSONAL SAFETY AND AWARENESS IS ESSENTIAL WHEN THE ELEMENT OF DANGER IS PRESENT SURVIVAL SKILLS MAY BE NECESSARY OR 9-1-1 MAY BE REQUIRED. IN OTHER WORDS, BE AWARE OF YOUR SURROUNDINGS TO PROTECT YOUR LIVES OR THE LIVES OF THE PROSPECTS WHILE OUT IN ISOLATED LOCATIONS.
• Attends required continuing education  classes approved by TREC and 
• No office monthly fees
• 100% commission-flat rate-case-by-case basis
• Required Joining Broker MLS Board and keeping license current, including  Supra Key card ative.

Role Description
This is a remote full-time or part-time role for a Real Estate Agent. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties. The Real Estate Agent will also be responsible for generating leads, conducting market research, and providing personalized guidance to clients throughout the transaction process. Qualifications
Active Texas Real Estate License through TREC and stay current in the trends and real estate industry.
Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
Excellent knowledge of the local real estate market and trends
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Professional and customer-focused attitude
Bachelor's degree is OPTIONAL,Preference with the DESIRE to to cultivate and close transactions, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
Friendly and people person is a plus
Experience with real estate technology and software is a plus
Experience with commercial real estate is a plus
Must have their own computer to operate remote.
Must join Broker MLS Association for MLS and Supra key access and be CURRENT in the association requirement
Continuing real estate education to stay current with Texas Real Estate is required
Bilingual a plus, but not necessary; however must follow the TREC and Real Estate board rules and PROTECT CONSUMERS and PROFESSIONALISM
Must be COMPATIBLE with SHIELD REALTY, LLC perspective and follow adhere to the challenges of the real estate market.
